Lakeland Town Square is another upscale mixed-use development under construction at the intersection of Highway 70 and Seed Tick Rd. Phase one of the $48.9 million project is expected to be finished in early 2022. The first phase of the 42-acre development will include 18,000 SF of ground floor retail space, 150 residential townhomes, a clubhouse, and a community pool.
