Remarkable Economic Opportunity

Commercial Opportunities Lakeland TN

Available Commercial Sites

Lakeland is one of the most affluent suburbs of Memphis just one exit east of the Wolfchase Trade Area on I-40.  Its access to I-40, Hwy 64, Hwy 70, and I-269/TN 385 produce high traffic counts and high exposure to commercial sites.  Our city’s leaders have recently conducted a Development Consortium with local developers and various stakeholders to create more efficient processes, develop progressive standards, and outline a thoughtful vision for Lakeland’s future.

Tremendous Retail Opportunities

Due to explosive growth in residential development and modest pre-existing retail, Lakeland now offers incredible retail opportunity.  Opportunity exists in almost every retail category.  Click on the Buxton Retail Leakage and Surplus Analysis to learn more.
