The Lake District

The Lake District is an upscale 161-acre mixed-use community surrounding a 10-acre lake and waterways.  Designed as an urban village, The Lake District is a walkable community with elegant water features, tree-lined parks, and inspiring architecture giving the village a glamorous charm.  Special attention is given to public spaces, while parking structures eliminate extensive surface parking. Lakeland Town Square

Lakeland Town Square is another upscale mixed-use development under construction at the intersection of Highway 70 and Seed Tick Rd.  Phase one of the $48.9 million project is expected to be finished in early 2022. The first phase of the 42-acre development will include 18,000 SF of ground floor retail space, 150 residential townhomes, a clubhouse, and a community pool.
